We have done hundreds of web projects and used that experience to develop a system to make sure your site avoids the pitfalls many websites encounter. The project begins with us getting to know your business and your customers. The information that we gather there will influence every decision we make when planning and building your site.
Your site will go through three stages on its way to going live. They are wire-frame, mock-up, and built site. We make sure to acquire your approval of the design after every step so you always know what is going on with your site and why we made those choices for it.
We make sure to code all of our sites to be as easy to work with as possible and turn it over to you after launch. Don't worry, we make sure that you understand how your site works and how to change content on your own. If you have trouble with your site, our team will be available to answer your questions. We believe that there should never be someone standing between you and your site, holding you hostage for updates and changes.
Once your custom templates have been developed, you will be able to modify and add your own content to any of the pages with ease. We build your templates in a way that makes it easy for you to manage. Even when custom functionality needs to be hard coded in, we create Custom Modules to give you an easy-to-update interface so you don't need to get into the code at all.
It depends on a few things - how many custom templates you need and how quickly you can review wireframes and mockups and provide feedback. From the initial kickoff call, you will receive an approval sign off sheet with project deliverables and relative timelines to give you an clear understanding of what exactly to expect and when to expect it.
All of our templates and sites are built to be fully responsive for both tablets and smartphones. Before links are sent to you for review, they are tested on actual devices and with virtual device rendering software to ensure they are responsive. If certain pages need a unique mobile experience, we can design and code that too.
We offer support for all of our customers after their sites go live. While our goal is to have you in control of your own site quickly, we know that is not possible for everyone. Our team will be there to help you learn the ropes of your new site and answer your questions. If you want us to continue making updates we can be brought on for custom development work.
